Premium Moroccan Moringa 50 grams
What is Moringa?
Moringa oleifera (organic) is a tree native to the Himalayas and has been used by humans for thousands of years for various health benefits.
The "miracle tree" now also grows in Morocco and other parts of Africa.
The Moringa tree is also called the tree of life and has more than earned this name. Every part of the plant is suitable for human consumption and is of great importance to human health. The green leaves of the Moringa tree carry the green power. They contain a combination and density of nutrients not found in any other plant.
The leaves contain several vitamins such as A, K1, E, C and B vitamins, as well as antioxidants and omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential, i.e. cannot be synthesized by the body itself.

Recipes:
Moringa smoothie
Start your day with a delicious smoothie that gives you an immediate boost. Making the smoothie is also very simple. Place two ripe bananas in pieces in the blender. Then add some strawberries. Then add 1 tablespoon of moringa powder to the blender. Top it off with a dash of water and your ultra healthy smoothie is ready! Of course you can make the smoothie exactly the way you like it by adding other vegetables or fruit. Make it a delicious tropical smoothie by adding pieces of mango or pineapple. Or make a green version of it by using kale or spinach.
Moringa cookies
Are you looking for a healthy snack? With the recipe for these moringa cookies you not only get delicious cookies, they are also super healthy! You can snack responsibly without butter, flour or added sugars. How to make them: Puree two bananas. Add 75 grams of coconut flakes and 75 grams of oatmeal. Then add 1 tablespoon (or more if you like) moringa powder to the batter. Make a large ball of the batter and then divide it into 8 small balls. Decorate the cookies with chopped nuts and pieces of dark chocolate if desired. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. That will be enjoyable!
Moringa bread
Cookies and smoothies are very tasty, but you may not eat them every day. If you want to be sure that you get your portion of moringa every day, you can also bake moringa bread! Choose a bread recipe that you like, for example with pieces of nuts or raisins, and add moringa powder to the dough. Because you obviously won't eat the bread in one go, you can use a little more moringa powder for this.
